These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ScaleBridge (the "Service"), a web application operated by ScaleBridge ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

ScaleBridge is an interactive music-theory tool that visualises scales on a guitar fretboard and piano keyboard, including chord diagrams and audio playback.

Free trial and lifetime access

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No payment information is required to start the trial. After the trial ends, continued access requires a one-time payment of USD $3.00 which grants lifetime access to the account holder.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the merchant of record and handles billing, tax and receipts. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide a valid email address.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse-engineer it for redistribution, resell access, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScaleBridge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
