Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

This policy explains what information ScaleBridge ("we", "us") collects and how it is used.

What we collect

  • Account data: the email address you sign up with (or the email provided by Google if you use Google sign-in).
  • Account state: the timestamp your free trial started and whether you have purchased lifetime access.
  • Payment metadata: when you buy lifetime access, our payment processor returns a transaction reference and customer id which we store against your account.

We do not collect payment card details ourselves. We do not store the contents of your musical practice — the app's state (selected scale, root note, tuning) stays in your browser.

Who processes your data

  • Authentication and database: Supabase (via Lovable Cloud) — used to store your account and trial/payment status.
  • Payments: Paddle.com Market Ltd — merchant of record for the lifetime unlock. Paddle handles card processing and tax. Paddle's privacy policy applies to that transaction.
  • Hosting: Lovable / Cloudflare — serves the application.

Why we use it

We use your email to identify your account, restore your session, and send transactional messages (e.g. password reset, receipt). We use your trial and payment status to unlock the app.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with the processors listed above, strictly to operate the Service.

Retention

Account data is retained while your account exists. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us; payment records may be retained where required by law or by Paddle for tax purposes.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting youssefshehabeldin@hotmail.com.
